Kevin's Bio

Growing up in South Africa during apartheid and in a social environment that did not support his growth, Kevin realised he had a desire to achieve and to help others who defied the odds. That desire brought Kevin to London where he started the process of inner enquiry about why he was the way he was and why he could not achieve things that he could see others achieve. He worked tirelessly believing that all to life was earning a salary that would be respected by others and by having a life that would meet or impress others. He learnt that his biggest limitations lived in his mind as unconscious automatic beliefs that just meant he would generally be thinking, feeling, and behaving exactly how the belief dictated. He learnt the quality of life that was available by living in true Integrity and Authenticity – a life where he feels good to fantastic no matter what challenges he faces. Through decades of work on himself, he has learnt from the leading therapists and coaches globally to deliver his own method of transformation.

Anders's Bio

Having worked in Finance for 20+ years I know what an impact a hectic lifestyle can have on the body. Often, we do what we can to take care of ourselves but still end up with health problems that can lead to pain and debilitating illnesses that stops us from what we want to accomplish in our lives.

Inspired by my mum I was brought up with the idea that food had an impact on our health. When she was diagnosed with cancer it became even more apparent to me and I decided to try and help her heal herself from cancer. Sadly, she passed away when I was 18, but it spurred me on to learn more about complementary therapies and my interest in food and its impact on our health.

I know from personal experience the difference diet and lifestyle can have on your body, mood, and quality of life. The body possesses an incredible intelligence to heal itself and I believe that when we find the source of the ill health, we can avail ourselves of the tools to heal ourselves.

I continually learn by attending lectures, reading, and listening to podcasts to keep myself updated with the latest research and ideas. Having started my training with a 3-year diploma course in Nutritional Therapy (Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) I got interested in a more holistic approach to improving our health and trained a further 3 years for a diploma in Systematic Kinesiology (The Academy of Systematic Kinesiology (TASK) and Systematic Kinesiology Training (SKTT)). When I see clients, I draw from knowledge I have learnt through the years of formal study and beyond.

I am a member of BANT (the British Association of Nutritional Therapists) and KA (Kinesiology Association) and a registered Nutritionist and Kinesiologist with the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council).
